Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the Postal SMTP setup? I didn’t receive any of the test emails. They have all been held and said to have been hard fail.

Hi Hasan, inside the course SAS with WordPress, I am getting error trying “testing api with postman”. The error is “Cloud Agent Error: Couldn’t resolve host. Make sure the domain is publicly accessible or select a different agent.”. I understand it can not find the server for the website. is there any troubleshooting to fix the error.
