Good afternoon. If anyone one could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. My chatbot is saying it is offline. I have attached the code and code snippet I am unsure what the issue is.
@kassim-huggins is there something in your config.php file that could cause this?

This is the config file. I havent changed anything besides that top portion
@kassim-huggins please dont share your API keys publicly.
so your problem is only "offline". Is the chatbot working and responding?
if that the case, check the configuration parameters, there is a place where you can set offline or online. (explained in the guide)
and check your cache, clear your cache or try with another browser
