I own a discussion forum which I want to sell. I believe there is huge potential for this forum as there is no such forum available on the internet.
I have not invested on marketing so the forum is still not active. Website link is www.womens-forums.com.
Can anyone (@specially Brother Hassan) please guide about selling or give me tips about using it so I can generate profits.

Do research with Google or ChatGPT on "Website Broker". Then request from top performing ones what kind of deals they are offering for helping you sell it.

Why do you believe there is huge potential for this forum?
Discussion forums have been a real success in the last few years. These forums are generating huge income for site owners. There are so many earning options available, Google AdSense, affiliate marketing, reseller programs, brand promotions, paid advertisements and so on. Being a non-IT background person I am not sure how I can take this further and generate income without investment.
Any help in that would be appreciated. Thanks
@google-domainsdam In order to launch any earning option you mentioned you'll need first to get traffic to this forum. So, you need to lauch some marketing campaigns whether on meta, reddit, quora, etc... You can even write some blog posts related to your niche (forum's niche) helping you get traffic organically from google.
@google-domainsdam yeah, but it has no topic, no traffic, no engagement, why someone would buy it?
they can by a script and set it up and get a forum, or use WordPress with wpforu for free
@admin you can always find a sucker on eBay or Etsy who doesn't know anything about anything yet that might purchase it depending on the sellers know how.
