Everything runs great locally. When I publish it I get this error message:
I have a requirements.txt document in the directory. Not sure what the issue is.

SOLVED! I did not reboot the app after I made the requirements.txt file. Once I rebooted it was all good! Leaving this here for anyone else who might have an issue.
