Is thsi really a premium support forum?

@admin @husein is this really a premium support forum. I have had questions open for days and no-one bothers to reply. I wouldnt mind but if you're charging $39 per month the least you can do is repsond to questions quickly, otherwise it's no different from the public forum! Thank You

If you're referring to @Hasan and his brother @Husein I've seen them respond as well as myself. The focus is this premium forum and the Discord server sections first before paying attention to the General Public Forum. 

But why are you thinking there is no response?

@ssadvisor Because I have mentioned them in posts but had no reply, maybe I shoudl try the discordd server?

@google-rayazsiddiqi Sorry for any inconveniece, I myself check the forum twice a day to check for any questions, as well as @admin. It maybe due to the time difference if you post your questions it maybe it night for us so we reply as soon as the day starts and open thee forum. In addition, @ssadvisor is here most of the time helping with questions too. 

If you mentioned me and i didn't reply it maybe because i was researching to help fix your problem and don't find a solution.

What is your last unanswered inquiry?

@google-rayazsiddiqi No its the same but different interaces, you'll have to go to your API dashboard. This link might help you get there easier.
