Display Point System in the header Error

Hi friends... I just started building a point system in my WordPress site j-insights. I was at the point of importing the zip file/template to display the point system at the header of my website when I kept facing the error 'Invalid template type". I need help. Attached is a screenshot of the error message. Thank you all.

@john-nnanna you must be using the free version of the Elementor plugin. You'll need to change the template type in the source code to 'page'. It's been too long since I tried this and don't remember exactly.

you imported the zip as it is ? or extracted it first?

Pls, I have another issue. I just logged in to my account now and it's still asking me to enroll as a premium member. Pls, what is happening?

@admin Pls Mr. Hasan, I think there is an issue with your system. I'm currently logged in to my account but I can't resume my lessons. It keeps telling me to enroll even when I'm already a power member. Pls help me look into this so that I can resume my lessons.

@john-nnanna This issue was happening with me I cleared the website's cookies and logged in again, and it worked

@admin Pls import as a zip file and the error persists. What can I do I've searched for a solution but haven't seen.

@ssadvisor I've tried searching for a solution but I am yet to see. The template is still not importing. I don't know if it is a general issue.
