I Built a Finance Tracker That Connects to Google Sheets and Gmail. No API Keys Needed.

I recently tried out replit Connectors and honestly, it made building apps way easier.

Usually, connecting apps to Google Sheets or Gmail means setting up API keys, dealing with OAuth, and reading through documentation. It takes a lot of time and kind of ruins the flow when you’re building something.

Replit Connectors changed that.

You just click a button, sign in once, and it’s connected. No API keys, no complicated setup.

I built a personal finance tracker to test it out. Every time I add a transaction, it goes straight to Google Sheets. At the end of each week, I get an automated email with a summary.

Everything works smoothly without the usual integration hassles.
