im trying to run WP locally but i got Stuck on Download WordPress.

I have tried the following from local help but have had no luck:

• Re-installing after deleting previous installation files
• Installing an older version < 8.0 (not working)
• Checking host file so it is not read-only
• Changing server type and php versions
• Disabled all firewalls
