Agentic Automation 3.0
The mindset

Automation 2.0 vs Automation 3.0

🔁 2.0: You Write the Loop

  • ⚙️ Hand roll the agent loop and every branch
  • 🧱 One brittle agent per problem
  • 📚 Locked into one framework or one automation tool
  • 🔥 Nothing stops it before it does something you cannot undo
  • 😓 "Why did it stop working?"

🌍 3.0: You Build the Environment

  • 🤖 Claude Code runs the loop and is the brain
  • 🧩 You build the skill, the tools, the context and the memory around it
  • 🛡️ A permission you grant and a gate it cannot cross: it drafts, you send
  • 🚀 Four homes to run it in: inside Claude Code, an app, a plugin, or a web app
  • ✅ "I know exactly what it may and may never do"

What You'll Learn

The line between a script, an AI workflow and an agent, and how to pick the right one
The two jobs Claude Code does: it builds your agent, and it is the brain that runs it
Build an inbox agent end to end: it labels every email and drafts replies it cannot send
The eight building blocks behind it: tools, the brain, the skill, permissions, the loop, context, the gate and memory
Eight more blocks from inside seven agents I run: validation, sub-agents, scale, decision models, ranking, connectors, knowledge and triggers
Start from one job, and pick only the blocks it needs
Where an agent should live, from two questions: what does it need to run, and who starts it
Turn one of your agents into a desktop app on the Desktop App Boilerplate
Put an agent on your own server as a PyRun plugin, running on a schedule even when your computer is off
The difference between using an agent and owning it: understand it, change it, maintain it
What's included

What's Inside the Course

Sixteen Building Blocks

Eight from one build in module 2, and eight more from my real agents in module 3, each with a real use case behind it

One Real Build: The Inbox Agent

Built lecture by lecture: it reads your inbox, labels every email and drafts the replies. It drafts, you send.

Inside Seven of My Agents

My video editor, posts creator, comments manager, X scout, content engine, support agent and DailyAI: what each one does, and the blocks behind it

Four Ways to Ship an Agent

Inside Claude Code, as a desktop app, as a plugin on your own server, or as a web app, and two questions that pick the right one

My Agents, Yours to Use

The inbox agent, my video editor, the content factory kit and my Gmail agent, attached to the course for you to run and change

Follow Along at Your Pace

The exact prompts I typed, the code at every step of the build, and captions in six languages on every lecture

Prerequisites

Before You Start

This course builds on two of my courses, and it doesn't repeat them.

You're ready if:

  • You've built something with Claude Code and fixed it when it broke.
  • You've put an app on a server with Coolify.

If that's you, the course is all you need. If not, Solo Builder Complete has both courses and this one, and it's the better buy.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need before I start?

Build With AI and Self-Hosting, or the same knowledge. This course uses what they teach and doesn't repeat it: I don't teach how to prompt Claude Code to build something, and in module 4 I don't explain servers and Coolify again. If you haven't taken them, Solo Builder Complete has both, and this course too.

Which option should I pick?

If you already know what Build With AI and Self-Hosting teach, get the course: it comes with my Desktop App Boilerplate and Django SaaS Boilerplate. If you don't, get Solo Builder Complete: it has both of those courses, this one, all my boilerplates and more. If you own Build With AI, log in first: the full bundle is an upgrade for you, and the pricing shows what it costs you.

What do I actually get?

Four modules of lectures, each with its video, chapters and captions in six languages; the exact prompts I typed; the inbox agent code at every step in a public repo; my agents to run and change: the inbox agent, my video editor, the content factory kit and my Gmail agent; and two boilerplates, the Desktop App Boilerplate that module 4 builds on and the Django SaaS Boilerplate. Every update to the course is yours at no extra cost.

What does it cost to run?

Two things outside the course. The agents run on Claude Code, so you need a paid Claude plan: every agent in the course uses your Claude subscription as its brain. And in module 4 we put agents on a server, so for those lectures you need a VPS, which has a monthly fee. I use Hostinger on screen, and any VPS that runs Coolify works. A few of my agents also call a paid service for one part of their job, like image generation, and their lectures show which.

I already own the boilerplates from Build With AI. Do I pay for them again?

No. The course with the boilerplates costs the same as the course alone, so the boilerplates add nothing to the price. And if you own Build With AI, log in: the full bundle is an upgrade for you, and it may be the better buy.

Is this an n8n or Zapier course?

No. We are not here to learn n8n, Make.com, Zapier, LangGraph or any other framework or automation tool. You learn the building blocks that power any agentic automation, so you can build anything you want, and you get my own agents to automate your work.

Do I need to be a coder?

No, but you will read what the agent writes. Claude Code writes the code in this course, from prompts you watch me type, and every prompt is under its lecture so you can copy it. If you took Build With AI, you already work this way. You install one thing by hand, Claude Code, and a checker agent goes through the rest: if a line comes back red, it tells you what to do on your machine.

Does it only work with Claude?

The course runs on Claude Code: it builds the agents and it is the brain that runs them. What you learn is not tied to Claude, though. A skill, tools, context, memory, a permission and a gate are the same blocks in any agent, and that is the whole point: learn them once, build anything.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

You can get a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and your course progress is 50% or less. Just email support with your order details and we'll refund the original payment method.
