Offline

I had to add each part of the code as a snippet. I am not a programmer so each time I tried to add style.css or script.js to the html, my bot would not work - i do not understand where to add them in html. So now my chatbot works but it never says online, only offline. I do not know how to fix??? Thanks - and Thanks Hasan for sharing all this info - this is the closest I ever came inmy life to making something like this happen and I am old so for me it is super exciting!!!!
