Backlink Indexing
@mathros here are 3 videos that hasan uploaded a while ago, see if anything might help:
- GET 1000+ BACKLINKS (5 New Methods)
- Get Free Backlinks FAST WITHOUT Link Building! (2022)
- Get 600+ Free Backlinks in Minutes! (2022)
@mathros These are the only tutorials available, considering backlinks. However, in general, to speed up backlink indexing, make sure your content is high-quality and valuable in order to stand up against competitors.
Plus, create a sitemap containing the URLs where your backlinks are located and submit it to search engines like Google via their respective Webmaster Tools. Additionally, sharing these URLs on social media and high-traffic platforms can also prompt search engines to index them faster due to increased visibility and traffic.
@mathros, here's some small advice: don't think a lot about indexing; think about the content.
backlinks count depends on how often backlinks checker updated their database, it is not about indexing.
indexing is about "saving" your web pages in the search engine "database."
@admin Thanks for your reply Hassan. As far as I know, in order to promote an article to the top of a search query for a certain key phrase, links from external sites are necessary. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I newbie in this field.
@mathros yes, it is called backlinks.
But what do you mean by indexing here?
when the search engine is crawling and see a website linking to one of you page, it will consider this as a backlink.
@admin In my opinion it is so. Of course, I could be wrong, I'm new to this, as already mentioned. If this is not so please correct me.
Also, please explain in more detail about "...Plus, create a sitemap containing the URLs where your backlinks are located and submit it to search engines like Google via their respective Webmaster Tools...". Or tell me where it can be read.
@mathros Here's a detailed description from GPT-4:
1. Identify Your Backlinks
Firstly, you need to identify all the URLs where your backlinks are located. These could be on various websites, directories, blogs, or other online platforms.
2. Organize URLs
Collect all these URLs into a list. It's essential to ensure that these URLs are accessible and are not blocked by robots.txt or meta tags that prevent indexing.
3. Create a Sitemap
Next, you'll create a sitemap specifically for these backlink URLs. A sitemap is an XML file that lists URLs on your site (in this case, URLs where your backlinks are placed) along with additional metadata about each URL (like last modified date, priority, etc.).
Here's an example of how your sitemap XML might look:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <urlset xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9"> <url> <loc> https://example.com/backlink-page1</loc> <changefreq>weekly</changefreq> <priority>0.8</priority> </url> <url> <loc> https://example.com/backlink-page2</loc> <changefreq>monthly</changefreq> <priority>0.6</priority> </url> <!-- Add more URLs as needed --> </urlset>
In this example:
- `<loc>`: URL of the backlink page.
- `<changefreq>`: How frequently the page is likely to change (optional).
- `<priority>`: Priority of the URL relative to other URLs on your site (optional).
4. Save and Validate Your Sitemap
Save the XML file with a .xml extension (e.g., `backlinks.xml`). Validate your XML using online XML validators or browser extensions to ensure it's correctly formatted.
5. Submit Sitemap to Google Search Console
- Sign in to Google Search Console (formerly known as Google Webmaster Tools).
- Select your website property (you should have already added and verified your website).
- Navigate to Sitemaps under the Index menu.
- Add/Test Sitemap: Enter the URL of your sitemap (e.g., ` https://example.com/backlinks.xml`) and submit it.
6. Monitor and Verify
After submission, Google will process the sitemap and start indexing the URLs listed. Monitor the Index Coverage report in Google Search Console to ensure there are no errors and that your backlink URLs are being indexed properly.
Additional Tips:
- Regular Updates: Update your sitemap periodically to include new backlinks or remove outdated ones.
- Robots.txt and Meta Tags: Ensure that the URLs in your sitemap are not blocked by robots.txt or meta tags preventing indexing.
- Other Search Engines: If you want to submit to other search engines like Bing, Yandex, etc., follow similar steps in their respective webmaster tools.
@husein Thank you. I will try to experiment
@mathros Maybe there's a mistype in one of the URLs? or there's a problem with one of the URLs.

When sending a file to google search console, it gives an error
Errors were found while processing the Sitemap file
You cannot use the URL
@mathros a sitemap is supposed to be links to pages on YOUR site. If you're using WordPress you could use a plugin to generate the sitemap file. Maybe this one would work, I don't know I haven't used it; https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/.

As far as I understand, quick backlink indexing with sitemaps is not an option. This method is intended for indexing site pages.
So, the question remains open, maybe someone solved a similar problem, tell me in which direction to move.
I am also interested in setting up robots.txt for a WordPress site. Please help me.
@mathros robots.txt comes with a default setting but you can add a plugin to modify it.
