Forum in maintenance, we will back soon 🙂
Hello Hassan
There is a bug on the bot. I installed the bot on my home page where I have my products
When I installed the bot, everything went well on the desktop version but on the mobile version I am not more able to reach to my products from my homepage
When I click, nothing happen , it is like the bot doesnt allow to acced to the products
You can test this on the mobile version of your webite where your bot is installed
Can you fix this please ?
I want to add the chatbot everywhere on the website any solution for this? here is my website aidetectorwriter.
@google-bennacerelmahdi you add the same front-end script on all the pages you want the bot to be shown. All will be linked to the same PHP function.
I added AI chatbot in my ceeveeglobal.com website. I use code snippets to do that. After I added codes in the footer section in code snippets, links and menus in mobile and tablet were not clickable. If I remove code in the footer section in code snippets, again works fine. what is the reason?
It is like there is a conflict between the codes and the theme.
can you see any errors in the browser console?
can you puslish the bot on a test page, and share it here so I can check
Thank you. Here test page link: https://ceeveeglobal.com/test/
the link in the area where the chat box appears, not working. You can see the Contact us section in the footer only clickable into Cont. act us part can't be clickable.

I just dragged the WordPress menu to the page. Please go to the page and again Click on the Terms and Conditions on the right side. You can click only from the beginning. The link in the area where the chat box opens does not work. The chat box works perfectly. There is no problem with that. I mean the area used to open the chat box. .
@ssadvisor The error he's refering to is not in the chatbot, when you hover over the terms and conditions button only at the "Te" part of the button interacts when you can click it, however the "rms and conditions" part doesnt.
@dassa the chatbot overlay is covering the area you're talking about? How is the link supposed to be clickable behind the chatbot overlay?

@admin I began to think this was a platform issue. I'm always on my laptop and wasn't seeing it.
