I've watched the latest video about the AI tool for youtube Title generator that used popular youtube titles,
I want to create a similar tool but for twitter/X , to gather the most popular tweets, using keywords to search for the tweets and take the highest impression posts, to help me create the main porpuse of the tool, which is to rephrase the post, or even generate a new post using only keywords.
Any assistance is helpful.

You will need to collect data from twitter, you can use Twitters API or RapidAPI.
then you can generate templates with AI basedon that data
@admin thanks, i looked into it and tried to make the code with the twitter API, turns out i have to pay for at least the basic plan to be able to search tweets, the free plan only gives access to user profiles. unfortunately at the moment as a complete beginner i cannot invest into it, since i never made code or AI tools before, but the idea is viable specially now since twitter is now monetized , so there will be a market for such tool.
I want to try to make something to get me a small income that i can pay for such APIs.
