I registered domain name with share hosting plan. Though feature in the package is very limited . Can I use the domain to register for my professional email or I will buy another domain  and one more thing is the server for creating website is different for email server?

Some hosting plans give you professional email for free with the package. Check it.

I didn't understand the second question

@hammed-adepoju your hosting service should have some documentation on what you're asking; who are you hosting with? Typically the same server is used for both hosting the web and mail services but that depends on your plan. Your plan may limit the use based on disk usage and bandwidth usage.

@hammed-adepoju

There are a lot of hosting companies who are also providing business email services, eg: Hostinger. But it will be always better to go with a reputable company. Eg: Google (Gsuite) or Microsoft (Outlook).

I'm recommending these to ensure a good inbox rate for your outgoing emails.

But for all providers, you need to do a warm-up and fix all email deliverability authentication.

I would like to mail to businesses for services that I want to sell to them. Do I need permission from the businesses before I email them? I have domains with email addresses. Will it be considered a spam, if email these businesses from publicly available email addresses?

@primeexport depending on how you obtained the email address you should be able to cold mail someone but only if you obtained the address from a publicly available source. Never purchase email listings for this purpose.
