• What is the best email marketing service to choose in 2025?

Posted by Bashir Idris on April 25, 2025 at 5:39 pm

What are the most reliable and cost-effective SMTP server providers and email automation tools suitable for building a bulk email marketing system on a startup budget of under $100 for the initial setup?

I’m looking to set up a bulk email marketing system as a first-time user, with a focus on affordability, reliability, and scalability. Ideally, the tools should support high email deliverability, offer essential automation features (like list segmentation, scheduled campaigns, and basic analytics), and allow integration with common email marketing platforms recommendations on both SMTP service providers and email automation tools that can work together efficiently within this budget.

Thanks 🙏 for your response. By cold emailing, I mean reaching out to potential leads or prospects whose contact information (mainly email addresses) I can gather from public sources online—like company websites, directories, or social platforms.

The goal is to build a system that lets me send these emails efficiently, track responses, and manage follow-ups—mainly to promote e-commerce products or services.

I’m aiming for a budget-friendly solution that can scale gradually.

Welcome, just to understand, what do you mean by promoting e-commerce to those emails?

are you aware of spam ?

As a clothing retailer, I use permission-based email marketing to send promotional emails to opted-in individuals, ensuring compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws.

My goal is to build trust, boost sales, and create long-term customer relationships by delivering valuable content. Each cold email is personalized, has a clear subject line, includes compelling offers and customer testimonials, and ends with a simple call to action for better engagement and conversions.

when you send an email to an “opted-in individual” then it is not a cold email

However, I have come up with an alternative method to promote the CPA offers.

Promoting CPA with bulk mailing is spam

Thanks for the suggestion! I’m not familiar with Docker or Coolify yet—could you please share how I can get started with them or where to find more info from you?
