Terminal env install problem

@google-shovochowedhury your system is set to not allow you to run scripts from the terminal. The first error gives you a Microsoft web page that can help you remedy that problem. If you still have problems after you set your system to be able to execute scripts then please come back with your issues.

@google-shovochowedhury look at the picture given, there is a web page URL given. You should be able to CTRL + CLICK on that to open the page or you can highlight it to copy then paste the URL in the browser.
