Launched my SaaS last week and immediately ran into a problem.
A user reported a critical bug via email. I missed it for 2 days because it was buried in a thread with 30 other messages. By the time I responded, they’d left.
I realized I had feedback scattered everywhere. Gmail threads. Twitter DMs. A Google Doc where I copy pasted everything manually.
Looked at the standard tools but they all felt like overkill. I just needed something simple.
So I built FeedbackDock.
One script tag in your app.
Users send feedback with screenshots.
Everything lands in a clean dashboard with full context.
You reply from your own email domain.Built it because I needed it. If you’re a solo founder doing support from multiple inboxes, this might help.
